Anxiety

Couples Counselling

A space for partners to strengthen their relationship and reconnect. Couples counselling can help with:

  • Navigating Relationship Challenges: Addressing communication breakdowns, trust issues, emotional disconnect, and external pressures.

At the Personal Growth & Healing Centre, couples counselling focuses on uncovering each couple’s unique strengths and addressing the obstacles that strain relationships. Through authentic dialogue, partners can rebuild trust, rediscover intimacy, and nurture their connection.

Family Counselling

A collaborative approach to improving relationships and resolving conflicts within families. Family counselling can address:

  • Parent-child relationship issues
  • Challenges with children’s school or social adaptation
  • Sibling relational conflicts
  • Grief and loss within the family
